Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment
At The Govind, we take pride in delivering authentic, high-quality spiritual and wellness products. We stand behind our products with a fair and transparent return policy.

2. Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- You must provide clear unboxing photographs or video as proof of condition
- Energised, personalised, or custom-made items are not eligible for return

To initiate a return, email contact@thegovind.in with your order number and photos.

3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be initiated within 2 business days of receiving the product
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Bank/payment gateway processing may take an additional 5–7 business days

Total timeline: Refund initiated within 2 days of receipt + 5–7 days for bank processing.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video/photos showing the damage or incorrect item
- We will bear the return shipping cost for verified cases

5. Order Cancellation
- Cancellations are accepted only before the order is dispatched
- To cancel, email us immediately at contact@thegovind.in with your order number
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed — please use the return process instead
- Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 5–7 business days

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Energised, ritualised, or custom-made products
- Items returned after the 48-hour window
- Used, damaged by the customer, or items not in original packaging
- Items where change of mind is the sole reason
- Perceived lack of spiritual results or effectiveness
