This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on The Govind website (www.thegovind.in), operated by Sansheela.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes, processing may take longer than usual. Customers will be informed in such cases.

2. Shipping Coverage

Currently, The Govind ships across India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future at our discretion.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Charges may vary based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order value

  • Courier partner

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Courier Partners

We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver orders.
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

The Govind shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Any force majeure events

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Unavailable recipient

If an order is returned due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Record a clear unboxing video

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/videos as proof

Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval.
